Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the course start date.
Confirmation
On receipt of your booking and payment we will send you written confirmation, with details of the venue. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible, as we hold waiting lists for all courses and may be able to offer your place to another person. You are welcome to send a substitute from your setting, but please let us know in advance. We can only refund your fee in full if we receive 4 weeks notice of cancellation otherwise we will charge the following fees:
- 4 weeks notice - No cancellation fee
- 3 weeks notice - 25% of course fee
- 2 weeks notice - 50% of course fee
- 1 week notice - 75% of course fee
- Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of course fee
Meals and Refreshments
No catering will be provided. Please make your own arrangements for lunch or refreshments.
Receiving your certificate
Certificates should be sent out within 8–10 weeks of course completion. Although every effort is made to ensure correct delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for late enquiries over missing certificates (i.e. more than 3 months after completing the course).
Changes
Pavilion Training reserves the right to amend course venues, times and fees if and when this becomes necessary.
