This qualification provides learners with the essential customer service knowledge and skills required by those who wish to pursue or further a career in customer service.
This qualification gives learners the opportunity to gain a nationally accredited qualification which provides the essential knowledge, techniques and personal qualities required for an occupation in a customer facing environment.

Eligibility Requirements
In order to receive the course for free you must:
- Be aged 19 years of age by 31/8/16
- Have attended a Sign up Session
- Provide Pavilion Training with sufficient evidence for proof of receipt of benefit.
- Claiming one or more of the following State Benefits*:
- Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) including those receiving National Insurance Credits only.
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and are in the Work Related Activity Group (WRAG). Proof of WRAG needed from JCP.
- Universal Credit (because you are unemployed and are required to undertake skills training).
